Digital Twin Space-Time Data Platform(TS-R)

The TS-R platform is a central management system for intelligent scheduling and managing multiple robots. It adopts a centralized management mode with independent control and scheduling for multiple robots. The system manages tasks such as multi-robot coordination, task assignment, path planning, scheduling, traffic control, and robot control. It supports complex multi-type navigation modes and interfaces with auxiliary systems like WMS to create a closed information loop. The platform builds a flexible, automated intelligent logistics system and supports high-precision map management and task management features. For example, it can track and monitor cargo statistics through cameras/code scanners, recognize inspection targets, and issue warnings for fire hazards or safety risks.Key functionalities include account login, remote calls, real-time monitoring, factory management, equipment management, point deployment, task management, historical data queries, and system settings.

Business Function
  • Support intelligent scheduling and path planning for multiple robots. Based on leading robot algorithms, it performs efficient path planning based on the principles of the shortest distance and optimal path.
  • Provide efficient algorithm logic for various obstacle avoidance and detouring functions based on robot operation paths, avoiding vehicle deadlocks, collisions, and other anomalies.
  • Support intelligent scheduling of tasks based on task, equipment, robot status, and delivery priority, achieving optimal task allocation.
  • Support both automatic and manual charging modes for robots. Realizes intelligent control of charging stations; robots can automatically return to charge when low on power. Multiple machines can share charging stations, intelligently controlling cross-regional return charging tasks in coordination with weather stations.
  • Support flexible terminal call and assignment functions, meeting functions such as multi-robot calls, robot multi-point assignments, and autonomous task allocation, providing a simple and efficient terminal user experience and covering diverse user scenarios.
  • Support buffer zone management, cross-building, cross-regional transportation, and other business scenarios, providing comprehensive interfaces.
  • Support collaborative operations of various types of handling robots, meeting transportation needs from warehouse to production line, production line to production line, and production line to warehouse.
  • Support real-time recording of operational data, such as task data, robot data, equipment data, and can generate and export data reports for analysis and decision-making.
