Application Case
Automotive Industry
01Assisting an Automobile Manufacturer with Cross-Plant Transportation of Welded Components to the Warehouse
Background
A manufacturer primarily engaged in producing automotive parts needed to transport large welded components from the indoor loading area of the warehouse to the unloading area under the welding workshop's canopy. The round trip covered a total distance of 2 kilometers.Past was done using manual trucks, which caused high costs and low efficiency. Now urgently needed to replace manual driving with autonomous equipment to achieve autonomous transportation and improve efficiency.
Solution
Implemented two 40T autonomous towing and two trailer containers, the autonomous transportation —large welded components from the indoor loading area of the warehouse to the unloading area under the welding workshop’s canopy was made
Result
  • Achieving 7-24 hours of all-weather, autonomous transport operations.
  • Taking a significant portion of repetitive transportation work, reducing reliance on manual labor.
  • Cutting down the number of truck drivers by four, saving 800,000 RMB annually.
  • The precision and stability of the autonomous towing helped prevent damage to goods during transport.
  • Automation: A factory-wide monitoring and information system was established, enabling monitoring and control of the entire production process.
02Assisting an Automotive Spare Parts Company with Cross-Plant Transfer Operations
Background
A factory required frequent transportation of key components between different warehouses. The factory initially used traditional manual towing, but to reduce costs, increase efficiency, and enhance safety, they urgently needed to introduce autonomous transportation equipment to meet their cost-saving and efficiency improvement goals.
Solution
Mybull precisely responded to the client’s needs by deploying a 6T autonomous towing, enabling autonomous transportation of key components within and between indoor and outdoor factory areas.
Result
  • By integrating with the warehouse management system (WMS), the autonomous towing managed and provided real-time inventory information, helping the company achieve precise inventory control.
  • The system supported various sizes of flatbed trailers, allowing the towing of multiple trailers at once, meeting the factory’s diverse transportation needs.
  • The autonomous towing replaced two drivers, saving the company 160,000 RMB annually.
03Assisting a Parts Processing Factory with Cross-Plant Transfer Operations
Background
A leading parts processing plant, specializing in harness processing and component supply, sought to enhance its competitiveness by upgrading to smart manufacturing and 5G intelligent park operations. The core requirement focused on the intelligent transformation of the logistics system, aiming to introduce advanced logistics robotics technology to automate the transfer of parts and achieve cost savings and efficiency improvement.
Solution
The project deployed 200KG autonomous flatbed and the TS-R robot management system, along with customized transport containers, enabling autonomous transportation of parts both indoors and outdoors.
Result
  • Demonstrated advanced technology by combining 5G with autonomous driving transport robots, improving the company’s competitiveness.
  • Standardized delivery processes ensured zero damage to goods.
  • Using autonomous flatbed, transportation operations were available 24/7, enabling completely autonomous operation.
